Take Advantage of the Moments Before Sleep And When You Wake Up
When you were a child up to 7 years old, your predominant brain waves were theta waves. When your brain is oscillating at these waves it allows messages to go direct to your subconscious mind, positive or negative.
In adulthood our brainwaves change to mainly beta brain waves.
The exception to this is just before we fall asleep and just after we wake up. At those points are brains are in a theta wave state.
